Some of them, such as the four-lined tree frog, are native to the area.

RepTopia takes you on a journey through four unique geographical zones, inhabited with over 60 species of amphibians and reptiles, a quarter of which have not been seen before. Multi-species displays, keeper demonstrations, interactive stations, and play features all come together to make this a truly "snake-tacular" zone.Featuring Animal - Amazon Milk Frog, Dyeing Poison Frog:At RepTopia, one of the rare golden poisonous froglets that has bred for the first time, represents the first time this variety has bred in Singapore. In addition, four azure-dyeing poison frog pups have arrived. Aside from the frogs, the lizards have had a bumper crop of offspring. There has been six hatchlings of the extremely rare electric blue gecko so far, and the zoo hopes they'll be able to help with future conservation efforts. Each species of primate has its own 'island.' These furry monarchs live in 'castles' that have been landscaped with trees and surrounded by a moat. To manage their own empire, these primates don't need to be lion king!Featuring Animal - White Faced Saki Monkey, Cotton Top Tamarin:The monkeys in the Primate Kingdom use 'islands' to play, relax, and feed. The addition of lush flora, such as trees, ginger, natural grasses, palms, and bamboo, helps to reproduce the monkeys' native habitat. The moats that surround the islands are teeming with fish, such as the imposing arapaima from South America. Keep an eye out for free-ranging Javan langurs when you're here. Among the treetops, you might just notice their exquisite face features! Komodo dragons are considered one of Indonesia's national treasures, and they can only be handed away by the President. Komodo dragons, also referred as ora or buaja daret, which means 'land crocodile,' may weigh more than 100kg, grow to be more than 3m long, and knock down prey bigger than oneself.

Reptile Garden is yet another poplar attraction that tourists love to explore at the Singapore Zoo. The garden is home to a number of zones like RepTopia and Tortoise Shelter. Come into the lair of the dragon to learn more about the lives and loves of these prehistoric creatures who have existed since the dinosaur era.Featuring Animal - Komodo Dragon, Indian Gharial:Crocodiles and alligators are linked to the Indian gharial. It used to be found in Pakistani and Myanmarese rivers, but it is now nearly extinct. As there are less than 200 Indian gharials are thought to be left in the wild today, predominantly in India and a small proportion in Neighboring bangladesh.

KFC happens to be one of the most sought dine-in places at the Singapore Zoo. With two outlets, one at the entrance gate and the other inside the zoo serves exotic fried chicken.
